This policy applies to our independent review site, which publishes assessments of Kalshi and other operators for readers in India. We are not the operator. Kalshi Inc. and its exchange entity KalshiEX LLC run the platform, which holds a US CFTC Designated Contract Market designation and no licence valid in India. Any account you open with an operator is governed by that operator's own privacy terms, not this page. The site is intended for adults aged 18+ only.
Data we collect
- Technical data sent automatically by your browser: IP address, device type, browser version, language and pages viewed.
- Information you submit voluntarily, such as your name and email address when you write to us.
- Cookie and analytics identifiers, described below.
We do not ask for payment card details, wire transfer information, crypto wallet addresses or identity documents. Our site has no deposit or account function.
How we use data
- To operate, secure and improve the site and measure which review pages are read.
- To answer messages you send us.
- To record clicks on referral links, since we may receive a commission from operators when readers register through them.
- To detect abuse and meet legal obligations.
We do not sell personal data. Connections to this site are protected with SSL/TLS 256-bit encryption.
Cookies
We use essential cookies for site function, analytics cookies to count visits, and affiliate cookies that identify a referral when you follow a link to an operator. You can refuse or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may affect how pages display, and blocking affiliate cookies means a referral cannot be attributed to us.
Third parties
Data may be shared with hosting providers, analytics services and affiliate tracking partners acting on our instructions. When you follow a link to an operator such as Kalshi, that operator collects its own data under its own policy, and we do not control it. Data may be disclosed where a court or competent authority legally requires it. Some providers may process data outside India.
Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may request access to the personal data we hold, ask for correction or erasure, withdraw consent, and seek grievance redress. Readers in the European Economic Area have equivalent rights under the GDPR, including data portability and objection to processing. We retain data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as the law requires. If you are unsatisfied with our response, you may complain to the relevant data protection authority.

We aim to respond within a reasonable period and may ask you to verify your identity first. We do not publish a postal address or telephone number for privacy requests.
